The Organisation 4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established, clinician-owned allied health provider  in Newcastle.

You’ll be joining a large multidisciplinary team , including 18 Occupational Therapists, 11 Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners , offering a highly supportive and collaborative environment.

The clinic is a standout — featuring a large, fully equipped sensory gym and extensive therapy resources , allowing clinicians to deliver creative, high-quality therapy without limitations.

This is a collaborative, ideas-driven environment  where therapists are encouraged to think outside the box and contribute to innovative programs.

The Role This is a primarily clinic-based paediatric role , working with children and young people aged 0–35 , with a strong focus on school-aged clients.

You will:

  • Work with a consistent weekly caseload  (no fortnightly scheduling)
  • Typically manage 23–25 clients , seeing the same children each week
  • Deliver therapy in a purpose-built clinic environment
  • Option to complete admin/report writing from home 1 day per week
  • Have the flexibility to run your own schedule
  • Optional involvement in outreach or school-based work

New graduates are fully supported with a gradual caseload ramp-up (starting from 12–15 billable hours) , reaching full capacity over ~6 months.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Clinic-Based Focus  – Minimal travel, work from a central, high-quality space
  • Next-Level Facilities  – Large sensory gym, not small treatment rooms
  • Strong Team Support  – Multiple supervisors, line managers & senior clinicians
  • Collaborative Culture  – Work alongside peers, share ideas, learn daily
  • Flexible Working  – Run your own schedule + WFH admin day
  • Consistent Caseload Model  – Weekly sessions = better outcomes, less admin stress
  • Innovative Environment  – Encouraged to bring new ideas and approaches

Workload & Structure

  • KPI: 25 billable hours per week
  • Weekly scheduling model (not fortnightly)
  • Operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • Flexible start/finish times depending on preference

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Therapy
  • SPA registration (or pending)
  • Passion for paediatric therapy
  • Open to new graduates and experienced clinicians
