School-Based Speech Pathologist
- 12 weeks paid annual leave
- No NDIS reporting or billable KPIs

Paediatric Private Practice Speech Pathologist
- Fully paediatric caseload
- Very low and flexible KPIs, typically 17–20 clients per week
- Predominantly clinic-based, with some school-based community work
- Role can be tailored around your experience and clinical strengths
- Supportive environment with a strong focus on quality clinical outcomes
Graduate Paediatric Speech Pathologist – Melbourne’s East
- Graduate focused role within an established multidisciplinary clinic
- Predominantly paediatric, clinic-based caseload
- Low billable hours with protected admin and learning time
- Structured supervision, mentoring and professional development
- Neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based practice
- Flexible working hours with limited local community travel
- $80,000–$90,000 + super, depending on experience and clinical capability
- New graduates strongly encouraged to apply
