About the Company  4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with an established allied health provider delivering Speech Pathology across the Newcastle region. The organisation offers true flexibility with a mix of telehealth and community services.

This multidisciplinary service which is Speech Pathology owned and operated team supporting clinicians across its broader network. 

About the Role  This is a rare opportunity for a Speech Pathologist looking to move away from a traditional clinic-based role and gain significantly more flexibility in how their work week is structured. 

The position will operate primarily via telehealth with some community-based school visits, with no need to commute to a clinic.

  The role is particularly well suited to a clinician who is comfortable managing their own schedule and working autonomously, while still wanting access to a larger Speech Pathology team and support from an established head office.

What You’ll Need 

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology 
  • Current Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility 
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle 
  • Appropriate Working With Children and NDIS screening requirements 
  • Australian working rights 
  • Confidence working independently across community and telehealth settings 
  • Strong communication, organisation and clinical documentation skills 
  • Ability to manage your own caseload and schedule while remaining connected with the wider clinical team
