The Organisation

4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established allied health provider known for its depth of clinical expertise and long-standing team. The organisation supports a broad range of presentations and has developed a strong reputation in neurological rehabilitation and complex care.

With a highly experienced multidisciplinary team and a structured approach to clinician development, this is a genuine opportunity to join a service where support is built into the model, not added as an afterthought.

The Role

This is a clinic-based Speech Pathologist position with the option to focus on either adult or paediatric caseloads depending on your experience and interests. The adult caseload has a strong neurological focus and includes stroke, brain injury, progressive neurological conditions, dysphagia, and movement disorders including Parkinson’s disease. There is also exposure to established evidence-based programs such as LSVT.

The team is stacked with senior clinicians, making this a particularly strong opportunity for a junior or mid-level therapist who wants meaningful mentoring and hands-on support. The first 3 to 6 months include structured shadowing, a gradual build in expectations, and reduced KPIs while you settle in.

This provider is extensively resourced and works across a diverse funding mix, so you will gain broad clinical exposure rather than sitting within a purely NDIS caseload. For the right clinician, this is an excellent environment to build specialist skills while working in a down-to-earth team.

Qualifications / Essentials
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA registration or eligibility
  • Experience or genuine interest in neurological rehabilitation and/or dysphagia
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
  • Open to junior and mid-level clinicians
