The Organisation 4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to partner with a growing multidisciplinary allied health clinic located in Melbourne’s south east.
The clinic currently consists of six therapists across Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology. Many clients receive multiple therapies simultaneously, which creates a highly collaborative treatment environment. The team places a strong emphasis on working together to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Clinicians regularly collaborate on cases and share insights across disciplines.
The practice maintains a supportive, innovative environment where clinicians are encouraged to contribute ideas and shape how the clinic continues to grow.
The Role
- This role offers a mix of clinic based and community therapy with a varied caseload.
- Four days per week will be clinic based, with one day allocated to community visits.
- The clinic is looking for a clinician who is confident working independently while still enjoying being part of a highly collaborative team.
- Regular case discussions allow clinicians to work closely with Occupational Therapists and Psychologists to support clients receiving multiple therapies.
- The role can be offered on either a full time or part time basis depending on availability. A Saturday workday is preferred but can be flexible for the right candidate.
Qualifications / Essentials
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or equivalent
- SPA membership or eligibility
- Experience working with paediatric or mixed caseloads
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- NDIS experience highly regarded
