- $87,000 to $110,000 plus super, dependent on experience

About the Role This is a mobile community Speech Pathology role servicing Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
You will manage a mixed caseload across paediatrics, adults, NDIS and aged care, with the flexibility to shape your caseload around your interests and experience. The role includes home, school and community visits, alongside dedicated work-from-home time for reporting and administration.
Travel is carefully managed by the client services team, with scheduling designed to keep travel times reasonable where possible, generally within a 35-minute radius excluding traffic. There is also flexibility around start times and planning days, giving clinicians genuine autonomy across their week.

What We Are Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA registration or eligibility
- Current driver’s licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for community and client-centred practice
- At least one year of experience preferred, however graduates are encouraged to apply due to the strong support structure available
