The organisation provides community-based services and has an established team across several allied health disciplines. With plans to continue growing its clinical services, this is a great opportunity to join at an early stage and contribute to the development of the Occupational Therapy service.

About the Role We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the team on a part-time basis, initially working approximately 3 days per week with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position after the first 3 months. This is a fully community-based position, with clients seen in their homes, schools, kindergartens and other community settings. The caseload is predominantly paediatric, with only a small percentage of clients aged over 10 years. You will manage approximately 4 clients per day, allowing time for travel, administration and quality clinical work. There is also flexibility to complete suitable administrative duties from home. The organisation is open to both permanent and contractor arrangements depending on your preference.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience or interest in paediatrics and disability
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work independently within community settings
  • Strong communication and time management skills
