Occupational Therapist – Neurological Rehabilitation
- Up to $120,000 + super (depending on experience)

With a multidisciplinary team of experienced Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Exercise Physiologists, this organisation has built a reputation for clinical excellence and long-term staff retention.
You’ll be joining a team where senior clinicians are heavily involved in mentoring, and where the focus is on developing confident, capable therapists – not just hitting KPIs.
The Role This is a neurological rehabilitation role offering the opportunity to work with a highly varied and clinically interesting caseload.
You will have the option to work within either an adult or paediatric stream , allowing you to build depth in your preferred area rather than managing a mixed caseload.
The caseload includes:
- Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders
- Stroke and brain injury rehabilitation
- Multiple sclerosis and other progressive neurological conditions
- Spinal cord injuries and complex physical disabilities
Support & Development This is where the role really stands out. You will benefit from:
- Structured 2-year supervision program
- Reduced KPIs for your first 6 months
- Extensive shadowing in the first 3–6 months
- Assigned supervisor + access to multiple senior clinicians
- 4 internal professional development days annually
- $1,500 CPD budget + paid study leave

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Interest in neurological rehabilitation
- Open to junior or mid-level clinicians
