The organisation supports children and young people through a collaborative, strengths-based approach, with clinicians working alongside Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, Play Therapy and Therapy Assistant services. About the Role
An opportunity is available for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join the team on a contractor basis, with rates of up to $140 per hour depending on experience.
A key advantage of this role is that an existing paediatric caseload is ready to be allocated , allowing you to step into consistent work without needing to spend months building your own referrals.
You will work with children and teenagers, including neurodivergent clients, across areas such as language and communication, speech and articulation, social communication, functional communication, participation and family education.
The organisation offers a high level of flexibility and clinical autonomy. You can choose the days and hours that work for you and shape your caseload around your availability, experience and clinical interests. Both part-time and fuller contractor workloads can be considered.
The service uses neuro-affirming, strengths-based, child-centred and trauma-informed approaches, with a focus on practical outcomes that support children in everyday environments.

What You’ll Need
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current or eligible Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current Working With Children Check and Police Check
- ABN and appropriate professional indemnity insurance
