About the Role 4 Healthcare Recruitment is partnering with a well-established allied health provider to recruit a Speech Pathologist supporting clients across the lifespan including paediatrics, adults, and aged care.
This role is based in across Melbourne, offering a supportive multidisciplinary environment with strong supervision, flexible working arrangements, and a manageable caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, communication and swallowing assessments
- Provide therapy services across paediatrics, adult and aged care populations
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA registration or eligibility
- Experience or interest working across the lifespan
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
