Community Physiotherapist • Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation • Working arrangements: Flexible to suit your lifestyle • Community-based role with a mixed adult caseload • Multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Podiatry • Clinician-owned and clinician-led organisation • No evenings and no weekends • Hybrid working model with work from home as standard and optional office access • Clear career progression with structured goal setting • $1,500 annual professional development allowance • Weekly in-house training and clinical support • 60 minutes of dedicated clinical support time each week • Dedicated admin team managing bookings, invoicing and onboarding • Minimal administration so you can focus on clinical care • $0.99 per kilometre travel reimbursement

Account Relationship Manager – Occupational Rehabilitation (Non-Clinical) • Salary: Up to $130,000 plus superannuation • Working arrangements: Hybrid role with three days working from home • Fully non-clinical position within the occupational rehabilitation space • Manage and grow existing client and stakeholder relationships • Strong focus on workers’ compensation and occupational rehabilitation services • No cold calling and no sales pressure • Strategic stakeholder engagement and relationship management • Close collaboration with senior leadership • No clinical caseload or billable pressure

Allied Health Manager – Public Health • Salary: Up to $147,000 plus superannuation, plus non-for-profit salary packaging • Senior leadership role within a public health setting • Five weeks’ annual leave plus relocation assistance • Oversight of multidisciplinary allied health services • Focus on service development, governance and workforce support • Exposure to aged care, adult services and community-based programmes • Opportunity to influence clinical standards and service delivery across the organisation
