The team is focused on giving clinicians the flexibility, resources and support they need to deliver quality care without feeling isolated in the community.

About the Role An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to join the team in a full-time or part-time capacity, with 3 to 4 days per week considered.

This is a community-based position covering Pakenham and surrounding areas, extending towards Gippsland. You will work predominantly from home between appointments, with travel built into workload expectations.

The caseload is majority Aged Care with some NDIS, with components made up mainly of adults and adolescents, with some paediatric and psychosocial presentations.

You will typically complete around 5 client-related activities per day, with travel included in KPI calculations. The bonus structure rewards clinicians who exceed target, and the majority of the team regularly achieve bonus payments.

Clinical work may include assistive technology, equipment prescription, home modifications, falls prevention, rehabilitation, daily living interventions and report writing.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Community, NDIS or aged care experience is highly regarded
  • Confidence completing community-based assessments and interventions
  • Ability to work with NDIS participants as part of a varied caseload
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication, organisation and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while engaging with clinical support when required
