We are proud to be partnering with a paediatric clinic in the western suburbs looking for an Occupational Therapist Team Leader to join their team.
This role is for someone who has always had a passion to lead a team and use their clinical knowledge and experience to help early career therapists in their own career.

- Paediatric focus (1–9 years) using a structured early intervention model
- Multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists
- Very small caseload of 15 per week

About You:
- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with young children and families
- Collaborative communicator who values teamwork and flexibility
- 3+ years experience as an Occupational Therapist
- AHPRA registration
- Own car
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Previous experience supervising on mentoring desirable
