About the Company
4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a growing mobile allied health provider delivering personalised therapy across metropolitan Melbourne.
The organisation supports NDIS, aged care and private clients through community-based services. It is entering its next stage of growth and is looking to expand its Speech Pathology offering while continuing to provide accessible support within clients’ homes and local communities.
About the Role This is a full-time, 38-hour-per-week opportunity for an experienced Speech Pathologist who enjoys autonomy and is comfortable managing a mobile caseload. You will have flexibility to structure your working hours and weekly schedule, with work from home available for report writing and telehealth. Telehealth currently accounts for approximately 2 to 3 hours per week and may increase over time. There are no formal KPIs, allowing clinicians to focus on managing their caseload effectively and providing high-quality, client-centred care.
