4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established paediatric Occupational Therapy provider delivering mobile services to children and families across the community.

You will join a small, supportive allied health team with Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants, with a strong focus on professional development, collaboration and helping clinicians build their paediatric skills.

About the Role

We are looking for 1 to 2 Occupational Therapists to join the team on either a full-time or part-time basis.

This is a mobile paediatric position working predominantly with school-aged children across home, school, kindergarten and community settings.

The organisation is open to Occupational Therapists with established paediatric experience, as well as clinicians coming from adult, rehabilitation or aged care backgrounds who are looking to transition into paediatrics.

If you are moving into paediatrics from another clinical area, you will receive additional training, mentoring and support to help you build confidence with the caseload.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Interest in working with children and families
  • Ability to work independently within community settings
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Paediatric experience is highly regarded but not essential
  • OTs transitioning from adult, rehabilitation or aged care settings are encouraged to apply
