Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Healthcare & Medicine, Occupational Therapy

About the Company

4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with an established multidisciplinary private practice providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Psychology services to children and adolescents.

The organisation has built a strong reputation for family-centred care, high clinical standards and providing a supportive environment where clinicians can develop their skills while maintaining a manageable workload.

About the Role

An opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join an established paediatric and adolescent service in Melbourne’s western region, with an ASAP start available.

You will be the sole Occupational Therapist within the team, working alongside Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and other professionals within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

The role involves assessment and intervention for children with a broad range of developmental needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.

  • Dedicated team PD days
  • WFH flexibility

  • Administration support and diary management
  • Clinical education and professional development
  • Multidisciplinary team support
  • Supportive and close-knit workplace culture
  • Opportunity for future career growth

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with paediatric clients
  • Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
