The Organisation 4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading not-for-profit provider of allied health and community services. This organisation supports children, families, and individuals through high-quality, person-centred care and is committed to creating a supportive environment where clinicians can thrive.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join their Allied Health team.
The Role You will provide assessment, intervention, and ongoing therapy services to children and young people across home, school, and community settings. Working collaboratively with families, educators, and other health professionals, you will deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to individual client goals.
This role provides the flexibility of a mobile service model, a varied paediatric caseload, and the support of an experienced team committed to your professional growth.

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration, or eligibility to obtain
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practice
- Commitment to person-centred care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
