About the Role
This is a permanent full-time Physiotherapist opportunity working within community aged care and Support at Home services across Northern and Western Melbourne. The role focuses on supporting older adults aged 65+ within their homes and community, helping clients maintain independence, mobility and overall quality of life.
You will manage a varied community caseload while working autonomously throughout your week with the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team. The organisation offers flexibility, realistic travel expectations and strong support systems to help clinicians provide high-quality care within the community.
This opportunity would suit a Physiotherapist with previous community health experience who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and working in a role that offers both flexibility and clinical autonomy.
What You’ll Need
- Relevant Physiotherapy qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Experience within aged care or community-based settings highly regarded
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
