The Organisation 4 Healthcare Recruitment is partnering with a well-established allied health provider delivering services across Melbourne’s Western Suburbs. The organisation offers a supportive multidisciplinary environment , where clinicians work collaboratively to provide high-quality care across the lifespan. They are recognised for providing strong clinical supervision, flexible working arrangements, and a structured approach to caseload management , ensuring clinicians feel supported in their day-to-day work.
The Role You will support clients across the lifespan including paediatrics, adults, and aged care , delivering speech pathology services tailored to individual communication and swallowing needs. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will manage a balanced and manageable caseload , with flexibility in how your week is structured. The role offers a mix of clinical environments and the opportunity to work collaboratively with other allied health professionals.
Qualifications / Essentials • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology• SPA registration or eligibility• Experience across paediatrics or mixed caseloads preferred• Strong communication and teamwork skills
