The Opportunity
This is a step up from clinical or case management work. You focus on relationships, not billables.
You will manage and grow existing accounts across the workers comp space. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
Your role will include:
- Managing referrals, claims flow, and provider performance
- Building strong relationships with insurers and stakeholders
- Leading client meetings and engagement activity
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Supporting complex cases with a strategic lens
- Working with internal teams to improve outcomes
You spend time in meetings, on client visits, and planning account strategy.

About You
- Allied health background, Occupational Therapist or similar
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation
- Strong understanding of workers compensation
- Confident managing stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently
