About the Role 4 Healthcare Recruitment is partnering with a well-established allied health provider seeking a Speech Pathologist to join their collaborative therapy team in South-West Victoria.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, providing therapy services to children and young people with developmental and neurological conditions.
You will work alongside experienced clinicians committed to delivering evidence-based therapy and meaningful outcomes for families.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver speech pathology assessments and therapy programs
- Develop treatment plans aligned with clients’ functional goals
- Support children and young people with communication and speech development
- Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary clinicians
- Support communication strategies including AAC where appropriate
- Contribute to therapy development initiatives and knowledge sharing
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility)
- Experience working with paediatric clients preferred
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Driver’s licence (if travel is required)
- Full working rights in Australia
