Occupational Therapist Consultant (Non-Clinical) • No billable hours | Non-profit organisation | 9-day fortnight • Non-NDIS • $85,000 – $130,000 + super + salary packaging • Salary packaging of up to $15,900 + $2,650 meals & entertainment • Work in a non-clinical, advisory role • Excellent flexibility and work-life balance
Allied Health Education Coordinator – OT – Public Health – Non-Clinical • $130,000 – $147,000 plus super plus NFP salary packaging • 5 weeks annual leave • Training and development of clinicians and evaluating programmes to achieve best practices
Occupational Therapist – Non-NDIS – Aged Care • Aged care 65+ caseload • $90,000 – $110,000 + super • Work with AT and home modifications • Excellent flexibility and work-life balance

Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics – OT Owned Clinic – All Levels Welcome – Unlimited PD • Salary: $75,000 – $115,000 • 100% clinic-based with telehealth options (no travel) • Paediatric caseloads with optional community/school work • Up to 8 weeks holiday • 100-day mentoring program • 18 weeks paid paternity leave • Ongoing CPD + overseas clinic exchange opportunity • 4-day work weeks | WFH mornings after induction • Sessions planned for the first 3 months by senior OTs
Occupational Therapist – Non-NDIS, Fully Remote – Case Manager (Non-RTW, Non-NDIS) • Salary: $90,000 – $135,000 + super • Fully remote position with flexible working hours • Focus on general therapy outside the NDIS framework • Involvement in private sector, New South Wales motor accident and workers compensation schemes, and lifetime care • Comprehensive support and regular clinical supervision
Occupational Therapist – Hospital Grade 1, 2, 3 & Management – NFP – Non-NDIS • Salary: $88,467 – $130,000 + super + salary packaging • 5 weeks annual leave • No billable targets • Acute and community opportunities (non-NDIS) • Relocation assistance available • Paid parental leave
