About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a small and supportive allied health team providing therapy for children aged 0–7 years across Inner and South-East Melbourne. In this role, you’ll work within a paediatric early intervention model, blending both clinic-based and community sessions. You’ll be guided by an experienced OT manager who values quality, collaboration, and clinician wellbeing. The organisation promotes autonomy and flexibility so you can tailor your work to your preferred areas and client needs. What’s On Offer:
