They pride themselves on creating a positive, supportive environment for both clients and clinicians where professional growth, teamwork, and meaningful outcomes come first.    About the Role You’ll provide assessment and evidence-based therapy for clients across a variety of ages and needs, primarily within a clinic setting with occasional community visits. You’ll also play an important role in client onboarding, case discussions, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality speech pathology assessments and interventions in-clinic and via Telehealth
  • Manage client onboarding and ongoing communication
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
  • Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and other health professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

   What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist
  • Current SPA membership
  • WWCC, National Police Check, and full working rights in Australia
  • Eligibility for Medicare Provider status
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice 

Desired:

  • Experience working with NDIS clients
  • Confidence collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
  • Driver’s Licence
